The author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat article processing charge of 500 USD for an accepted manuscript regardless of the length of the paper. The article processing charges are mandatory. There are no charges for rejected articles.

For reviewers, we will provide a discount voucher for each qualified review, and the voucher is effective within one year. Please note that the voucher is only applied for submissions in this journal, and the authors may use one or several vouchers for one submission.

Note: Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. The journal will not issue refunds of any kind after the acceptance of the manuscript.
