Work Values of the Macedonian Workforce

Abstract—The research paper focuses on the work values of the Macedonian workforce, in the same time identifying the existence of statistically significant differences by age, gender and educational level. The research is conducted on representative sample of the targeted population (N=1000) and the quantitative data is analyzed by the adequate descriptive statistics. The findings can be considered as very important and useful for the Human Resource Management practices, as they are: recruitment, incentives, training and development, retainment, diversity management, job design.
